This course is taught by a FBI certified Crisis Negotiator and is designed around one of the many skills negotiators use in every conversation. The effective communications module is open to anyone who wants to learn how to communicate better. Whether it is family, friends, or workplace conversations-participants will learn how to become better listeners and how to negotiate their way to a better outcome.
